1 slice French bread, cut thick and toasted
2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
1 large egg
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
salt and pepper for seasoning
fresh chives for topping
Heat skillet over medium heat and add oil to the pan. Add the egg to the pan, cooking over easy or as desired. Season with a salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Thinly slice the avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread Jennifer Jam's Tomato Garlic Jam on the toast. Top with the avocado slices, bacon and the egg. Top with fresh cut chives.
